• Call support to check your subscription status or to get refresh signal.

  • Fast Scan
    • Choose the Info Channel (channel number 1 in LCN sorting mode)
    • Press the SCAN button on the Remote control
    • Wait for the channels to be downloaded.
    • Press OK to save.
    • If some channels are still missing try Menu Scan below.
    Menu Scan
    • Press the menu button on the Remote control
    • Select search and press OK
    • Enter pin code 1234
    • Make sure the Transponder (3rd row) is on 12120 H 31250 (if not use the left/right arrows to edit the field, and then the up/down arrows to choose the right Transponder Frequency)
    • Make sure the search mode (Last row) is NIT search (if not use the left/right arrows to change it).
    • Check the signal strength and quality. If it is green press OK
    • Wait for the channels to be downloaded.
    • Press OK to save.
    • If some channels are still missing, please call support.
  • • Press OK
    • Press the Yellow button
    • Choose your preferred sorting option:
    - LCN: Default sorting setting, it is a sort by categories done by ECOnet.
    - Name: Alphabetical from A to Z

  • Add a channel to a Favorite group:
    • Press the menu button on remote control.
    • Select Channel Edit and press OK
    • Select the desired channel and press the Favorite button (TV/STB button on some remotes)
    • Choose the desired Favorite group and Press OK. The channel is added to the selected group.
    • Press the Favorite button (TV/STB button on some remotes) again to exit and add another channel.
    • Repeat for every channel you want to add to a group
    Select a Favorite group
    • Press OK, the TV channels list will open
    • Press the RED button, the Favorite table will open
    • Choose the desired Favorite group and press OK
  • Move between Satellites
    • Press OK, the TV channels list will open
    • Press the Yellow button, the Satellites list will open
    • Choose the desired satellite and press OK
    • Only channels from the selected satellite will be displayed
    Display all channels from all satellites
    • Press OK, the TV channel list will open
    • Press the Green button, all channels from all configured satellites will be displayed
  • • Press the finger button on the remote control, a box will open displaying the numbers.
  • • This means you have a mail message from ECOnet
    • Press the mail button on your remote control.
    • The Mailbox will open, select the new email and press OK to read it.
    • Press exit one done.

  • This could be due to many reasons
    • First make sure that no Favorite group or a different Satellite is selected. Press the Favorite button (TV/STB button on some remotes) and select “All Channels”
    • If the problem is unsolved, Press OK, the TV channel list will open. Press the Green button and check, all channels from all configured satellites should be displayed
    • Check the sorting type. Press OK, press the Yellow button and Choose your preferred sorting option (LCN or by Name)
    • If the problem is still unsolved, please call support.
  • Try to change the channel and check if the problem is also on other channels
    • If the problem is on other channels as well, please call support
    • If other channels appear correctly, perform a scan and check if this solves the problem (Refer to question 2, How can I scan for new channels / recover missing channels?)
    • If the problem remains unsolved, please call support
  • • Make sure the volume is not muted on both the TV and the receiver, and that the volume level on both is high enough to be heard.
    • If the problem remains unsolved, change the channel and check if audio is available on other channels:
    - If audio is available on other channels, go back to the channel with No Audio, press the A. Lang button, select a different Language and press OK. Try all available languages. If the problem persists, please call support
    - If audio is not available on other channels, restart the Receiver and check
    • If audio remains unavailable, check if the receiver is connected to the TV using RCA cables. In this case, please make sure that the Red and White Audio connectors are correctly plugged into the TV
  • WARNING: this operation will delete all the special settings, preconfigured satellites and Favorite groups stored on the Receiver.
    • Press menu
    • Choose Factory default settings
    • Enter pin code 0000
    • Press OK
    • Reboot the receiver.
  • • Plug a USB flash memory or external drive into the USB port of the receiver
    • Wait for the receiver to recognize the USB storage device
    • Press the red button (Rec) on the remote control, a box will open
    • Select record and press OK, recording will start.
    • Press Exit to stop recording
  • • Make sure the storage device on which the recordings are stored is plugged into the receiver and recognized.
    • Press the menu button on the Remote control
    • Select PVR and press OK
    • Select the desired recording and press OK.
  • • Plug a USB flash memory or external drive into the USB port of the receiver
    • Press the Timeshift (Green) button, the screen will pause and the receiver will start recording.
    • Press OK to continue watching from the moment the screen was paused.
    • To exit timeshift mode press exit.
